Máximo Quiles won this Sunday (28) the Dutch GP, the tenth round of the 2026 Moto3 season. In an exciting race from third place backwards at the Assen circuit, the Aspar rider engaged in a tough battle with David Almansa throughout the 20 laps, but managed to fend off the opponent’s attack to triumph for the sixth time this year.

The second position went to Almansa, an Intact GP rider who managed to overtake Quiles at some moments, only to be overtaken again by the rival. Marco Morelli, with Aspar, completed the podium in third place, followed by Valentín Perrone, fourth with Tech3, a team that saw Rico Salmela finish in the top 5 of the race.
Joel Kelso, riding a GRYD bike, finished sixth, ahead of Jesús Ríos, seventh with a Snipers bike. Adrian Fernández crossed the finish line in eighth position aboard a Leopard Racing bike, while Brian Uriarte, from Ajo, was ninth. Hakim Danish, who appeared in the leaders’ pack, was tenth with MSI.

The race had some retirements, the most notable being Álvaro Carpe, the championship runner-up when Moto3 arrived at the Assen circuit. Other riders like Veda Pratama, Marcos Uriarte, and Leo Rammerstorfer crashed during the race.
The Moto3 championship will continue on July 12 with the German GP, a race scheduled for Sachsenring.
