The 2026 MotoGP season has a new leader after the Dutch GP, held this Sunday (28) at the Assen circuit. Third placed this morning, Jorge Martín reached 193 points and took the championship lead from Marco Bezzecchi, who suffered a heavy crash during the race and did not score, remaining at 186 points. Both ride for Aprilia.

Fabio Di Giannantonio, rider for VR46, Ducati’s satellite team, remains in third position with 177 points, followed by Ai Ogura, winner this Sunday with the Aprilia of Trackhouse and fourth with 168 points. Marc Márquez, from Ducati, completes the top five in the standings with 153 points.
The only Brazilian on the MotoGP grid, Diogo Moreira maintained 15th place in the championship. The LCR Honda rider crossed the finish line in 14th place and added two more points to the standings, reaching 43 points.

The MotoGP continues the 2026 season on July 12, when the German GP, the 11th round of the championship, will be held at the Sachsenring circuit.
