Porthack Racing debuts its second season in TCR South America with two new developments: the arrival of young Brazilian driver Enzo Falquete and the replacement of the Honda Civic Type R FK7 with the Peugeot 308 GTI TCR.

The 18-year-old Brazilian brings experience in touring cars, with stints in Turismo Nacional do Brasil, Stock Car Light, and the Hyundai HB20 Cup, in which he was champion last year. Before starting his professional career, Falquete accumulated significant achievements in karting, in both national and international competitions.
“I am very happy to participate in TCR South America, especially because I will return to racing on Argentine soil, where I competed for four years in the Rotax karting championship and was runner-up for two years. I thank my sponsors who made this possible and the Porthack Racing team for the opportunity and the trust placed in my work,” declared Falquete.

For the team, the brand change represents an important challenge. In the previous season, the team featured Enzo Gianfratti and Fernando Croce in the Honda Civic Type R FK7, achieving victories in the Trophy Cup. Now, the team is betting on the Peugeot 308 GTI TCR, which has stood out recently: it won several races in 2025 and was champion in 2024 with Pedro Cardoso.
Porthack Racing plans to conduct tests with the new car before the start of the championship, which is scheduled for the weekend of March 7 and 8, in Curvelo (Brazil).
