The Spaniard’s return was confirmed through social media this Tuesday (26), although he will have to undergo a new medical evaluation on Thursday, 28, to actually confirm his participation in the event.

The multi-champion had fractures in his right foot and had to undergo surgery afterwards. Márquez also removed a loose screw from his right shoulder that had been causing nerve problems while riding.
