Spa-Francorchamps is just over seven kilometers long and features long straights, significant elevation changes, and high-speed corners. Sections like Eau Rouge, Raidillon, Pouhon, and Blanchimont make the Belgian circuit one of the biggest tests of performance and confidence for drivers.
The weather also often plays a decisive role in Belgium. The circuit’s length and its location in the Ardennes region allow different parts of the track to have varying conditions, with rain in one sector and dry asphalt in another. This can make tire choice and the timing of pit stops crucial for the outcome.
The Belgian GP will be held in the conventional format, with three free practice sessions, qualifying on Saturday, and the race on Sunday. The main race will have 44 laps.
