The French GP Sprint, held this Saturday (9) at the Le Mans circuit, ignited the MotoGP championship. Marco Bezzecchi remains the championship leader, now totaling 108 points, but saw his Aprilia teammate, Jorge Martín, reach 102 after winning the weekend’s shortest race. Only the two surpassed the hundred-point mark.
Pedro Acosta holds third place with 72 points, one more than Fabio Di Giannantonio, who crashed in this morning’s race and is fourth with 71. The top five group also includes Marc Márquez, another rider who crashed this Saturday, and who appears with 57 points in the standings.
Álex Márquez is sixth with 55 points, one more than seventh-placed Raúl Fernández, who has 54. Ai Ogura is eighth with 51, while Francesco Bagnaia is ninth, totaling 43. Enea Bastianini completes the top 10 with 30 points. The only Brazilian on the grid, Diogo Moreira, has ten points and is in 17th place.
