Brazilian Pedro Clerot achieved his first podium in Formula 3 this Saturday (6) in Monaco, this being only his second round in the category. The Rodin Motorsport driver finished in third place in the Sprint race, after Hiyu Yamakoshi’s disqualification by the sporting stewards.

“Very happy with our podium in Monaco. It’s a different situation, I was already focused on this Sunday’s race, but it’s a result our team deserves for all the effort we’ve shown at the start of this season,” says Clerot, who is sponsored by Banco BRB.

With the result, Clerot moves up to sixth place in the championship with 12 points and this Sunday will start from the fifth row of the grid in Monaco for race 2. The race will be held at 2:55 AM (Brasília time).
