MotoGP: Bezzecchi takes pole position for the San Marino GP in Misano

Marco Bezzecchi conquered pole position this Saturday (12) for the San Marino GP, the 14th round of the 2026 MotoGP season. In the final phase of qualifying held at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, in Italy, the Aprilia rider recorded 1min29s982 on his best lap, breaking the track record and securing the honor position for both the Sprint and the main race.

The second position ended up in the hands of Marc Márquez, Ducati rider who was beaten by 0.198 seconds. Fermín Aldeguer, who passed through Q1 with the Gresini Ducati, completes the front row of the starting grid. Pedro Acosta placed the KTM in seventh position on the starting grid, opening a third row that also includes Franco Morbidelli, with a VR46 Ducati, and Álex Márquez, also with a Ducati, but from Gresini.
