Brazilian Celso Neto is the first driver confirmed by W2 Pro GP for the 2026 TCR South America season. He will continue driving the Cupra León VZ, the model he used in the IMSA TCR series in the United States, alongside his compatriot Raphael Reis.

For Neto, the race represents a return to the category on Brazilian soil. He already competed in the seventh round of 2025 at the Circuito dos Cristais, in Curvelo (Minas Gerais), where he drove an Audi RS3 LMS Gen1 for the Paladini Racing team. “Although I wasn’t born in Curvelo, I consider the circuit a fundamental part of my training as a professional driver,” he stated.
With three appearances in the competition, Celso Neto also collects achievements: he reached the podium in his debut in the TCR South America Banco BRB, sharing the PMO Racing Peugeot 308 GTI TCR with Pedro Cardoso at the Interlagos round in 2024.

In addition to his personal history, the 2026 season promises news for W2 Pro GP. The team will expand its structure with the arrival of a latest-generation Cupra and will maintain its technical partnership with Stallion Motorsports in the United States, where Neto and Raphael Reis compete.
