Timer started at Interlagos and Sprint Challenge qualifying authorized. Similar to the Carrera Cup, all drivers were released onto the track for a 20-minute session.

The track conditions were complicated. The rain stopped for the moment, but the spray was still quite intense, forcing competitors to use the windshield wiper.

At that moment, Gerson Campos was the fastest in the pack with a time of 1min54s252, securing the pole position. When he was on a new lap, he still found Marcelo Bentivoglio stopped across the track but avoided a crash.

Another driver who also suffered a scare was Eldo Umbelino, who spun and was stopped in the runoff area. Waiting for the moment to return to the track, he was losing practice time.

Enrico Pedrosa temporarily took the provisional pole position, but Campos again responded and took the lead with 1min53s028. Pedrosa, Daniel Neumann, Caio Castro, and Nicholas Garfinkel completed the top five positions.

With just under five minutes to the checkered flag, the rain returns at Interlagos, making things more difficult for the competitors. At that moment, Gerson lowered his time to 1min52s687 to further secure the pole.

From then until the end, the competitors could no longer improve their times and therefore, Campos will start from the honor position of the Sprint Challenge at Interlagos. Enrico Pedrosa, Neumann, Caio Castro, and Garfinkel closed out the top 5.

In the Challenge Sport class, Nicholas will start in front, while in the Rookie class, Cláudio Simão, eighth overall, starts on pole.
