TCR South America will have a special weekend in the third stage of the 2026 season, which will be held at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace, in Interlagos, between April 25 and 26. The traditional circuit will host the Interlagos Super Challenge, an event that promises to raise the level of competition and excitement on the track.

The schedule brings as its main novelty the return of the invitational race format, which was not held in 2025. Driver announcements begin in the coming weeks and are expected to include international stars, champions from other TCR categories, and names from Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay.

On the track, the challenge will also be different. The stage will feature a one-hour race, a longer format that will demand the most from drivers and teams in terms of strategy. Tire management, race pace, and pit stops — including driver changes — will be decisive factors for the result.
