Thiago Camilo won Race 1 of the sixth stage of the 2026 NASCAR Brazil season. On the morning of this Sunday (23), the Full Time driver took advantage of the pole position to have a stable race, staying ahead at all times. Start released and Thiago Camilo kept the lead. Ricardo Mauricio overtook Gabriel Casagrande and took second place in the race.

In the middle of the pack, Vitor Genz, Denis Navarro, and Nicolas Costa gained positions. At the back of the grid, Ricardo Zonta and Juninho Berlanda also followed the same path.

The second lap started with Jorge Martelli overtaking Cacá Bueno for eighth place. Up front, Mauricio was starting to close in on Camilo.

The race continued with few overtakes in the following minutes. Vitor Genz ended up going off track and dropped from the middle of the pack to last place. Gustavo Bandeira spun on the track and damaged his car, but the incident did not stop the race.

With 12 minutes remaining, Mauricio managed to get even closer to Camilo, forcing the leader to defend his position for the first time. However, the advances were interrupted after Ricardo Zonta’s car had problems and forced the safety car to come out.

The restart happened with four minutes still on the clock. Camilo again managed to keep his position, while Mauricio had to defend against Casagrande. Cacá Bueno secured seventh place, while Galid Osman, Arthur Gama, and Dudes Castroneves gained positions in the middle of the pack. Tito Giaffone managed to move up two positions.

Martelli battled with Murilo Rocha and moved up to sixth. Shortly after, Tito Giaffone and Denis Navarro went off track during a tighter battle. They managed to return. Galid Osman also briefly went off track and lost several positions.

On the last lap, Nicolas Costa had to retire. Camilo was pressured by Mauricio but defended well and claimed the victory. Casagrande completed the podium. In the Challenge class, Gui Backes was the winner.
