At the Hungaroring, Ferrari has shown itself to be quite strong this weekend. Lewis Hamilton came close to taking pole, but finished second by just 0.012s behind Lando Norris, the leader.
Meanwhile, the Monegasque will start from the second row, being 0.238s slower than the 2025 F1 champion. Evaluating qualifying, Charles said that “today there was a considerable change in the wind and I don’t think I did a good job; I didn’t feel very good and qualifying ended up being messy.”

“We were playing catch-up, but the pace never reached Lewis’s level, so the goal was to extract as much as possible, and I feel like I managed to do that,” he concluded.
