Gabriel Bortoleto had a rather tumultuous start to the Formula 1 Dutch GP. This Sunday (23), shortly after the start, the driver spun and dropped to the back of the pack.

In Zandvoort, the Brazilian Audi driver managed a good qualifying and lined up in ninth position on the grid, in the fifth row. For the start of the race, he chose to start on soft tires – the track was dry in some spots and wet in others.
However, as soon as the lights went out for the 72-lap race, the competitor once again struggled with the start from the German team and lost positions, falling to 13th.

During the first lap, he lost another position and when entering the main straight of Zandvoort, he hit a patch of standing water and spun.
Fortunately, the Brazilian managed to avoid any collision and continued on the track, only dropping from 14th to 18th. Meanwhile, ahead of him, Max Verstappen experienced something similar but crashed hard into the protective wall, causing a red flag on lap 3.
