Formula 3 returns to hold a round almost three months after the opening of the 2026 season. The category visits the Monte Carlo circuit in Monaco for the second double round of the year. The passage through the Principality may begin to define the competitors who will fight for the championship title this year.

The Formula 3 leadership belongs to Ugo Ugochukwu, who won the main race in Australia and has 25 points, against 18 from the second-placed, Bruno del Pino and Freddie Slater, who are tied. Taito Kato, with 16 points, appears in fourth position, while Enzo Deligny completes the list of the top five.
Brazil has two drivers on the grid. Pedro Clerot, who defends Rodin Motorsports, appears in eighth place in the championship, scoring four points after the first round of the year. Fernando Barrichello, Fefo, races for AIX Racing and left Australia without points in the Formula 3 standings.

Unlike what usually happens, the schedule will open already on Thursday, a day reserved for the first free practice of the weekend. Friday will feature the qualifying that will determine the starting grids for the two races. The Sprint is scheduled for 5:45 am on Saturday, while the main race starts at 2:55 am on Sunday.
