Formula 3 concluded this Sunday (13) the 2026 season at Madring, a circuit located in Madrid, Spain, with Ugo Ugochukwu as the champion. The Campos Racing driver finished second in the race that closed the championship and reached 159 points, becoming the first American to become champion in the category.

Freddie Slater, who arrived in the Spanish capital leading the championship, finishes as runner-up with 145 points. Tuukka Taponen, the winner this Sunday, secured third place in the championship with 109 points, surpassing Taito Kato, who finished fourth with 105. Theóphile Nael closes the top 5 with 88 points.

Winner of one race in the 2026 season, Pedro Clerot finishes his first year in the category in sixth place, scoring 88 points but behind Nael by tiebreak criteria. Fernando Barrichello finished the championship in 27th place, scoring two points over the nine rounds this year.
