The Bradesco TCR South America opened the schedule for the seventh stage of the 2026 season at the Concordia Autodrome with the shakedown. The activity allowed teams and drivers to have their first contact with the Entre Ríos circuit and start preparation work for the two Sunday races.

Argentine Néstor Girolami was the fastest of the day by recording 1min44s252. The Hyundai Elantra N TCR driver beat his teammate, Camilo Trappa (Argentina), by 0.399 seconds, while Tiago Pernía (Argentina) finished third, 0.993 seconds behind the leader.
The best Brazilian of the day was Raphael Reis, with 1min45s299, finishing in fourth position, followed by Joaquín Cafaro (Uruguay), Fabricio Pezzini (Argentina), Nelson Piquet Jr. (Brazil), Leonel Pernía (Argentina), Juan Ángel Rosso (Argentina), and Juan Manuel Casella (Uruguay), who completed the top 10 of the day.

The activity marked the category’s first official contact with the Concordia circuit, which hosts the Bradesco TCR South America for the first time. The seventh stage of the calendar also features the debuts of Argentine Sebastián Quirno and Chilean Nicolás Ambiado. Both compete with Peugeot 308 GTI TCRs from Scuderia URT.
With the first data collected, the schedule continues this Saturday with free practice and qualifying, scheduled for 4 p.m., which will define the grids for Sunday’s races. The first race will be held from 10:13 a.m., while the second, with inversion of the top ten qualifiers, will start at 1:13 p.m.
