The 2026 edition of one of the main races on the world motorsport calendar takes place from June 10 to 14. And between the 11th and 13th of that weekend, the Brazilian category will race on the iconic French circuit.
The Porsche Cup Brasil will serve as a support category for the WEC round and speaking about the chance to race in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Marçal highlighted the excitement and the opportunity given to the Carrera Cup competitors by Dener Pires.
“I always try to build the championship step by step ahead of me, I try not to focus too far ahead, but it’s impossible not to think about it, Le Mans is perhaps the most famous race in the world. To be there and to be able to compete to add to our resume, we can only thank Porsche Cup for providing this for us,” he said in an interview with the presence of F1MANIA.NET.

“Now, it’s about training a lot on the simulator to get there on such a long track and be able to perform well in such a short training time,” he continued.
Also, Porsche Cup races last 25 minutes, but at Le Mans they will be 45 minutes, bringing an extra challenge to the field. “Since the track is very long, I think they decided to do this so we can complete more laps because if it were 25 minutes, there would be few laps. I think it will be very cool, another spice added to the championship, managing a race that will last much longer than 25 minutes, I see everything positively and I am very happy to be participating,” he concluded.
