NASCAR Brasil will have a new team on the grid starting in 2026. Pole Motorsport will make its debut in the category in the same year that the RiSE26 car is launched, a model that inaugurates a new technical and sporting cycle for the championship. Created in 2021 and based in Curitiba (PR), the team arrives in the category driven by the consolidation and growth of NASCAR Brasil in national motorsport.

“We have been following NASCAR’s growth and had already shown interest last year. In 2026, with the debut of the new car, it became even more interesting,” says team principal Joselmo Barcik, known as “Polenta”. “It is a rapidly growing category and, certainly, one of the most important on the national scene,” he adds.
Since its foundation, Pole Motorsport has been developing a structured project based on professional management and strategic planning, seeking differentiators off the track as well. “Pole Motorsport was born with the purpose of being big. We have very professional management, we are the only team with an advisory board, among other actions. We are still in the process of structuring,” explains Barcik.
“Whenever Pole takes to the track, the main objective is performance, but we also give great importance to the commercial side,” he highlights. The driver profile follows the same concept. “We look for bold, technical drivers with a desire to perform,” summarizes the executive, without revealing, for now, the names of those who will represent the team.

The experience accumulated in national and international competitions is cited as one of the pillars of the debut in NASCAR Brasil. “We will bring all our know-how, in addition to the capacity for learning and innovation,” he says. “Aligning the brand with NASCAR Brasil represents a very important step for the team, which since its foundation has sought to position itself on the international stage,” he reinforces.
For the 2026 season, expectations are high and the goal is clear. “We arrive at NASCAR Brasil with the purpose of being protagonists from the beginning to the end of this first season, always with great respect and dedication,” projects Barcik. The team principal also leaves an invitation to the public: “follow us, because we will be working all the time to ensure exciting races.”
