“Interlagos always brings us great memories throughout my career, whether with achievements in NASCAR Brasil or in Stock Car. So it is always a pleasure to be able to race at the main racetrack in our country, especially arriving as the championship leader,” says Casagrande, who is sponsored by Baterias Júpiter, Axalta, OnPetro, STP, Cresol, RP Info, UFI Filters, Chevrolet, and OMP.
With 72 points earned, Casagrande won the main race of the championship opening in Santa Cruz do Sul (RS) and was the points leader of the second stage in Cascavel (PR). Thus, the overall 2024 champion holds a ten-point lead over the second place in the current season’s overall standings.
