The Colombian driver from SG28 Racing is aiming for another podium this season, but also intends to use the event to increase mobilization in support of the victims of the earthquake that struck Colombia.

The country was hit by a magnitude 7.7 earthquake on August 10, which caused the death of about 300 people, as well as leaving many injured and causing the destruction of cities in the north of the country.
“These weeks have been very difficult for my country. I will be on the track, but with my heart in Colombia, for all the affected people and for those who are rebuilding their lives. More than ever I will race for my country and take advantage of the event so that more people help us in this reconstruction,” said Calderón.
