“Today we focused most of the day on race pace. We sacrificed our qualifying performance a little bit, but they were two good days. We are testing many things, we managed to complete all our programs, all our testing ideas. The most important thing was that we were able to complete everything, so it has been positive,” says Clerot, who is sponsored by Banco BRB.

Fourth place in the 2025 FRECA season with two wins and seven podiums achieved, Clerot drove the F3 car for the first time at the end of 2025. The Brazilian believes that the information obtained during these three days in Spain will be fundamental for the continued development of the car for the championship opener.

“I’m really adapting to the car again. Of course we still have some things to work on and improve, but we are definitely on the right track. We have one more day tomorrow to really finalize things before Melbourne, so I’m very confident for our sequence of work,” says Clerot, who finished this Tuesday afternoon’s session in 11th place.

Thursday provides for two more F3 testing sessions in Barcelona. The season will open on March 7 and 8 in Australia.
