Lewis Hamilton stated that he needs to find out, together with Ferrari, what went wrong after the disappointing Sprint qualifying he had at the Formula 1 Dutch GP this Friday (21).

The seven-time champion managed only the seventh position on the starting grid and was almost 0.5 seconds behind teammate Charles Leclerc, who lines up third in the Sprint race in Zandvoort.
The Brit revealed that he made changes to his SF-26 between the single free practice and the timed session. “It was not a good session; unfortunately, that’s how it is,” he acknowledged.

“FP1 was good. We made subtle adjustments to the car, but when we got to qualifying, the car was completely different; so, we need to understand what went wrong and we will do our best tomorrow,” he continued.
“We will analyze the data and then make a decision. We just need to examine the information and understand the situation. Charles was in a slightly different condition from mine, a bit closer to where I was, so that’s it,” he concluded.
