At the British GP two weeks ago, the Brazilian was again in the top 10 by crossing the finish line in eighth place. Adding four more points, he is now responsible for all six scored by Audi in 2026.
For this weekend, then, he spoke again about how positive the P8 in Silverstone was and highlighted how he hopes to learn more in the race and seek another positive result in the F1 season. “Scoring points in Silverstone was a great result for the team and a good reward for all the work being done,” he said.

“It is also an additional boost to motivation as we move towards the consecutive finale before the summer break: we have made moderate progress in recent races and it is important that we continue taking these steps,” he continued.
“Spa is an amazing circuit to race on, and I look forward to going back there, continuing to learn how to get the most out of our car, and I hope to fight for another strong result,” he concluded.
