The color scheme traces the transformation of metals and minerals from the earth to high-performance engineering. The campaign, called ‘From Rock to Racetrack’, aims to bring this concept to life, showing how Maaden’s materials are transformed into building blocks that help drive our modern society.
In the colors chosen to race in Monte Carlo, there is a color-shifting finish, created with a special wrapping material for the car, something never before done at Aston Martin. As a result, the paint changes color as the car moves around the Monaco circuit.
Not only the AMR26, but the suits of Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll will also feature a different style, as well as the helmets and the clothes of the number 1 mechanics.

Jefferson Slack, Aston Martin’s commercial director, said, “This weekend, we are proud to celebrate our main partner, Maaden, through this exclusive intervention in the car’s livery at the Monaco GP. More than just a paint job, the entire campaign highlights the important role Maaden plays in creating and transforming materials into components that we all use – including in the world of Formula 1. We look forward to seeing Maaden’s striking design on the streets of Monaco this weekend.”
Meanwhile, Bob Wilt, CEO of Maaden, added, “Minerals drive the modern world, but mining remains one of the most underestimated industries. That is changing. Our partnership with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team gives us a global platform to prove this. We want the next generation of engineers, geologists, innovators, and problem solvers to see that the materials shaping the future are forged deep within the Earth.”
“And Maaden is at the heart of that story. With ‘From Rock to Racetrack’, we are bringing this to life: how the metals and minerals we extract are reflected in the technology, infrastructure, and innovation that drive the world. This is more than a campaign. It is a challenge: to look at mining and Maaden in a different way,” he concluded.
