In early April, the paddock was caught by surprise with the announcement of GP for McLaren starting from the 2028 season. Max said that the integration process will be done gradually. “It will happen step by step. I have ideas about who I want, of course. He is already circulating within the team. I think it will happen gradually. At the moment, it hasn’t started yet. I think it’s still a bit early for that.”
