NASCAR Brazil: Cacá Bueno closes stage with two podiums and victory at Interlagos

The NASCAR Brazil weekend at the Interlagos Circuit in São Paulo (SP) was positive for Cacá Bueno. Cacá climbed through the pack to fight for the top positions at Interlagos after suffering a breakdown in the opening race of the day at Interlagos, where he started from pole position. On the last restart, with one lap to go, the owner of car number 0 gained another position and secured third place moments later.

“It was a positive weekend with a win on Saturday and another podium on Sunday. I would have preferred to score points in the morning as well, but a wheel broke after a battle for positions. And that forced me to start from the back of the grid in the afternoon race. I struggled on restarts, but I managed to avoid all the accidents. It was a survival race in which I had fun and we still managed to finish third,” said Cacá Bueno, who is sponsored by Betnacional, Capital Concreto, PicPay, ACDelco, SpeedMax Pneus, Pneu Store, Milwaukee, Turbi, and Chevrolet.
