Alisha Palmowski claims a dominant victory in race 3 of the F1 Academy Canadian GP. This Sunday (24), the competitor started from pole position and led from start to finish to secure her second win at the Canadian round.

Emma Felbermayr crossed the finish line in second place more than 11 seconds behind the Red Bull winner, with Megan Bruce completing the day’s podium in Montreal.
Brazilian Rafaela Ferreira managed to finish in the points zone by receiving the checkered flag in tenth place.

For this last race of the weekend, conditions were quite different with a wet track, forcing the competitors to use rain tires.
The one who lined up on pole position for race 3 of the Canadian GP was Alisha Palmowski, championship leader, with Payton Westcott completing the front row. Rafaela Ferreira was seventh.
Lights out and start authorized. Alisha managed to maintain first place, followed by Westcott, while Emma Felbermayr tried to attack Megan Bruce but ended up in fourth.
In the following corners, Bruce managed to overtake the Mercedes rival to take second place. Further back in the pack, the Brazilian from Racing Bulls needed to hold off attacks from Nena Gademan – shortly after, the competitor left Rafa behind.
In the start replay, a real tangle. While Ella Stevens was stopped on the grid, Ella Lloyd got involved in an accident with Lisa Billard, with the Gatorade competitor spinning and remaining on the track.

After four laps completed, Palmowski was leading the pack, with Bruce, Westcott, Felbermayr, and Paatz completing the top five. Ferreira was in eighth.
Despite the incident, Lloyd and Billard were not penalized and in this, Ella was climbing the pack. The competitor was already in eighth place after starting from the back of the pack, beginning the chase on Rafa.
Palmowski had more than a 5-second lead at the front, but with the wet conditions, she was slipping on the track. However, she managed to control her car and avoided any worse accident.
Further back, Ferreira began to lose positions. Being in seventh place, she lost places to Alba Larsen and Natalia Granada, besides battling wheel to wheel against Lloyd. In the replay, it was possible to see that the Brazilian locked her tires and went straight, opening the way for her rivals.
Three laps to the checkered flag and Palmowski was calm in the lead, followed by Bruce, Felbermayr, who moved up to the podium position, Westcott, and Paatz completing the top five. Ferreira was in tenth place.
The last lap still reserved a nice fight for the second step of the podium. Felbermayr and Bruce were side by side touching wheels, but Emma managed to get ahead of Megan and took second place.
And not only that, as drama at the front: Palmowski came on the radio saying she had an engine problem, but with a lead of more than 11 seconds, she managed to secure the victory.
