The Briton made his full-time debut on the grid in the 2025 season and in his first year already achieved the best result for the American team by finishing fourth in the Mexican GP.
And despite attracting attention on the track for his constant evolution, the Haas executive also pointed out the young competitor’s skills that are present behind the scenes of F1.

“The fact is that his attitude is very, very positive, so he brings out the best in the people around him too, engineers, mechanics, everyone. That’s a very important quality. Even when a less than ideal situation arises, the way he handles it doesn’t discourage people; in fact, he motivates them to solve the problem more quickly. So, that’s a natural attribute of his,” he said.
“We already really enjoy working with him, and at the moment, I can’t see any limits, and that’s the most exciting part,” he added.
