“It was a Saturday of free practice, qualifying, and Sprint Race, since we managed to be among the top six in qualifying. It was a very intense race, as it always is here in NASCAR Brazil. I’m sure those who watched really enjoyed the battles. Tomorrow we have two races ahead, I’m happy with the car and we’ll try to leave here with good results,” says Casagrande, who is sponsored by Baterias Júpiter, Axalta, OnPetro, STP, Cresol, RP Info, UFI Filters, Chevrolet and OMP.
Three-time NASCAR Special Edition champion, Casagrande also has an overall title on his resume in the category. The driver from Paraná scored his first 4 points of the season with this Saturday’s results and will start on the second row of the grid for this Sunday’s first race due to the inversion of the top 6 from the Sprint Race.
