The 2026 NASCAR Brasil season opener takes place this weekend in Santa Cruz do Sul, between April 10 and 12. One of the championship’s novelties is the introduction of the RiSE26 package, which has already been tested by competitors in a collective test during the promotional event “The Duel,” held at the Pirelli track. It was in this context that Murilo Rocha had his first contact with the category’s car.
At 16 years old, the Sorocaba native begins his journey in NASCAR Brasil after winning the runner-up title in F4 Brazil in 2025. He debuts aboard the Ford Mustang #55, prepared by the Full Time Sports team. Excited about the start of this new phase, Murilo Rocha highlighted his expectations for the round:

“I am very excited to start the season, full of news. I haven’t competed in Santa Cruz yet, but I know it’s a racetrack known for very enthusiastic fans, in the best NASCAR style. I can’t wait to speed up the Mustang #55 and learn from the professionals at Full Time. It’s a pride to race as a Mobil™ driver.”
