This Friday, Marcos Regadas began his journey in the 2026 season of the Porsche Carrera Cup Brazil in his greatest challenge within the competition. The driver from Maranhão was promoted to the Carrera class, the category’s main one, after being champion in Carrera Sport in 2025.

Regadas participated in two practice sessions throughout this Friday in the capital of São Paulo and began his preparation for the Interlagos round. In the morning, the optional practice took place, and during the afternoon, the first free practice.
Marcos Regadas had the opportunity to adjust his driving and the car for the various track conditions presented throughout the tests. The cars ran on dry and wet tracks, and the driver of car #17 prepared for both conditions.
This Saturday, Marcos Regadas returns to the 3.409-meter track in the capital of São Paulo for the qualifying session and race 1. On Sunday, the race that closes the round will be held.
