Rodin Motorsport team driver Pedro Clerot concluded his first Formula 3 season this Sunday (13) with another podium. After winning the main race on Saturday in Madrid, the Brazilian finished this morning’s race in third place, a result that placed him sixth in the championship at the end of nine rounds.

Clerot started from third position and was constantly fighting for the lead of the race. On a circuit where overtaking is difficult, the Brazilian held his position to secure his fifth podium in his debut season in the Formula 1 feeder category. Additionally, the driver of car number 17 achieved six top-5 finishes and scored points in six rounds this year.
“It was a very strong weekend for us, both for me and the team. I am very happy that we managed to finish the season on a high note. As I said before, it was a very tough year for us, but finishing like this makes everything even more special. I am very satisfied with the work we did after testing and also in Monza,” said Clerot right after the race.
“We knew when we arrived here that we had good chances to fight, but I try not to think about the results and just focus on the work. That’s what we did and that’s what we achieved. Yesterday was a very good race, we won and controlled everything completely. Today, we earned good points for the team and driver championships. Obviously, I am very happy. Maybe we could have fought for a bit more, but I will accept it like this. After such a difficult year, it’s good to finish like this,” adds Pedro Clerot, who is sponsored by Banco BRB.

The weekend results were also important for Clerot to consolidate himself in the top 10 of the championship, where he was for most of the year. The first champion in the history of F4 Brazil closed his F3 campaign this year in sixth place, scoring 88 points, tied with the fifth place in the standings.
With the season ending this Sunday, F3 now turns its attention to 2027. The category has not yet revealed the calendar for next year.
