During the interval since the last Porsche Cup stage, Morestoni has not stayed still and raced at the Chapecó track test event. The driver pushed the Porsche to the limit on the layout that features three straights and uphill, downhill, medium and low-speed corners, as well as offering an oval for various categories.
The 2025 Carrera Rookie champion returns this weekend to the venue where he won last year. The Interlagos stage of the Porsche Cup marks the beginning of a decisive phase of the sprint racing season, as it is the penultimate competition stage.
Morestoni seeks a good result on the 4,309-meter and 12-corner Interlagos layout to secure a spot in the top ten of the Carrera Sport class, so this stage is very important for the plans of the driver from Blumenau (SC).

With 38 competitors registered, the Carrera grid is the largest in the category and, being the penultimate stage of the championship, the rule of two qualifying sessions and two races with full points, without grid inversion for race 2, is already in effect.
The schedule for the seventh stage of the Porsche Cup begins on Friday with optional practice sessions and a free practice. On Saturday, two qualifying sessions and the first race will be held.
On Sunday, the drivers return to the Interlagos circuit for the second race. The races will be broadcast live by Band, Bandsports, and the category’s digital media.
