The Globo Group has defined the broadcasting team for the Chinese GP, the second stage of the 2026 Formula 1 season, scheduled for this weekend at the Shanghai International Circuit. The race, which will be broadcast live only on Sportv, will feature narration by Everaldo Marques, as F1MANIA.NET anticipated this Thursday (12).

The narrator will take over the broadcasts starting tonight, when the “champion channel” will show the only free practice of the weekend and the Sprint qualifying. Everaldo will be joined by commentators Luciano Burti and Rafael Lopes, while Guilherme Pereira will be reporting directly from the circuit in Shanghai.
On Saturday, the day reserved for the Sprint and qualifying, the broadcasting team will be reinforced by Christian Fittipaldi, who will also analyze all the track action. Before the Sprint, Sportv will show “Aquecimento”, a one-hour program preceding the start of the shortest race of the weekend.
Sunday will feature, starting at 3h30, another edition of “Aquecimento”, with the start scheduled for 30 minutes later, starting at 4h in the morning. The absence of the weekend will be Mariana Becker, who made her debut as a commentator at the Australian GP last weekend. The professional will work on all races broadcast by Globo and on six of the nine exclusive Sportv races.
According to the Globo Group, the activities will also be broadcast in 4K and can be followed on Globoplay for Premium Plan subscribers. Globo will show the highlights of Sunday’s race after the Oscar broadcast, early Monday morning. F1MANIA.NET follows all track action in real time.
