The NASCAR Brasil Series lands in Paraná this weekend, from August 21 to 23, for the sixth round of the 2026 season. The Autódromo Internacional Ayrton Senna, in Londrina, hosts two races on Sunday and a qualifying Sprint Race on Saturday.

One of the challenges of the round will be tire management. According to Pirelli, the official supplier of NASCAR Brasil, the high abrasiveness of the asphalt and the counterclockwise layout, with uphill and downhill sections, require special attention from the teams.
“The main challenge found by Pirelli at the Londrina track is the high abrasiveness of the asphalt. The counterclockwise layout, with uphill and downhill sections, is more demanding on the compounds on the car’s support side, the right side. The combination of these characteristics makes correct tire management essential to find the ideal thermal window and maintain good performance throughout the race,” says Camila Maluf, Commercial Director of Motorsport at Pirelli Latam.

The first NASCAR Brasil race on Sunday (23) will start at 9:02 AM, with an expected duration of 23 minutes + one lap. The finish is scheduled for 9:28 AM, followed by the podium. In the afternoon, the second race will start at 2:08 PM, lasting 33 minutes + one lap, with Victory Lane/podium between 2:45 PM and 2:55 PM.
The public will be able to follow the activity at the Autódromo Internacional Ayrton Senna, including visits to the pits, suites, and paddock, as well as the NASCAR Brasil Grid Walk with live musical performance.
