The next race will be the 2026 Canadian GP, scheduled for May 24 at the traditional Gilles Villeneuve circuit in Montreal. The Canadian stage is considered one of the most unpredictable on the Formula 1 calendar, often marked by safety car interventions, strategic changes, incidents near the walls, and lively races until the final laps.

The Montreal circuit mixes low and medium speed characteristics, with long straights interspersed with technical chicanes and heavy braking zones, requiring aerodynamic balance and excellent traction out of the corners. Additionally, the layout usually provides good overtaking opportunities, especially on the straight before the last chicane.
Another historic point of the circuit is the famous “Wall of Champions,” located at the exit of the final corner. The place earned this nickname after world champion drivers made mistakes at the 1999 Canadian GP, becoming since then one of the most emblematic and challenging sections of modern Formula 1.
