Ford’s guest at the Miami GP, presenter Jimmy Fallon, who hosts The Tonight Show, a famous interview program in the United States, participated in a series of activities during the Formula 1 weekend, including interviews with Red Bull drivers and driving experiences with models from the American automaker.

In one of the moments recorded in the paddock, Fallon was talking with four-time world champion Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar when the interview was interrupted by a Ford engineer, who started adding comments and curiosities about cars while the presenter tried to continue with the questions. Faced with the situation, Verstappen decided to end the participation. “I’ll leave you with him. See you,” said the Dutchman before leaving the place alongside Hadjar. Surprised, Fallon reacted: “Isack? Max?”

After recording the sketch, the presenter was taken for a ride in an F-150 Raptor R. According to the action’s proposal, the destination was the Kentucky Derby, a famous horse race. However, upon arriving at the location, Fallon and the engineer discovered they had shown up a day before the event. After that, the two decided to drive a few kilometers in a Mustang Dark Horse.

During a recent edition of The Tonight Show, Fallon talked about his time in the F1 paddock in Miami. The presenter showed a photo alongside Verstappen, as well as mentioning the interview given on the grid to Martin Brundle, which ended up going viral on social media.
