The episode happened during the first group of media activities held on Thursday, when the two drivers participated in the official schedule before the end of the press day.

According to the established procedure, Leclerc will be heard first, at 10 am local time, followed by Norris, who is expected to appear 10 minutes later.
Historically, situations involving late arrival at FIA press conferences did not usually result in severe penalties, generally being resolved with warnings or, in some cases, without any formal sanction applied to the drivers.
