Formula 1 is piquing fans’ curiosity by releasing a teaser about the ‘2027 season launch’ on its social media this Thursday (3).

“Something special is coming,” wrote the category’s official profile in the post. In a short video, it says to ‘get ready for the season launch. Experience the future,” finishing with the date February 18 to 20 next year.
The images show the silhouette of a driver, as well as an F1 car. Italy is highlighted on the map, suggesting where the event might take place in 2027.

This would not be the first championship launch event organized by the category. In 2025, at the O2 Arena in London, it held the F1 75 Live, where all cars from all teams were revealed in a show attended by fans and sports figures.
