The initiative reinforces the ongoing investment in the event and aims for an even more exclusive experience for fans and guests. The new structure is expected to be inaugurated starting from the 2027 edition, significantly increasing the capacity and total area of the Paddock Club.
The project foresees a permanent extension of about 115 thousand square feet, connecting the main straight to turn 1. The new space will feature elevated areas and tiered seating, offering a privileged view of the starting grid, the first corner, and also turns 2 and 3, strategic points of the track.
With the expansion, the total capacity of the Paddock Club will accommodate more than 9,000 guests, with about 305 thousand square feet dedicated to hospitality. Additionally, access will be improved, with more efficient entry and exit flows during the race weekend.

The person responsible for the project, Tom Garfinkel, highlighted the ambition of the expansion by stating: “We wanted not only to make the Paddock Club bigger to meet demand but also to create something new and unique.” According to him, the proposal reinforces the commitment to raise the event’s standard within Formula 1.
The new structure will also be integrated into the Precision Drive Club, which will gain a permanent headquarters with direct access to the pit lane, simulation areas, exclusive rooms, and an expanded gastronomic program. The expansion is part of a larger plan that includes the Miami GP contract until 2041, consolidating the race as one of the most important in the category.
