The American team has faced a quite challenging championship this year, with the British driver’s fifth place at the Chinese GP being the best result so far.

Alongside this, driver market rumors have put the team in the spotlight. Among the many names considered for 2027 is Brazilian Rafael Câmara, and Ferrari has supported him to secure the spot, but the executive highlighted that defining the competitors is not the priority at the moment.

“We are not in a hurry. We are focused on our two drivers, Ollie and Esteban, trying to get the best out of them. They have a tough challenge ahead, right? We know what they are capable of. Ollie has already shown that repeatedly. And Esteban, when he is happy with the car, we know what he can do,” he said.
“So, we really need to focus on providing them with the best possible car, the best setup adaptation, and extracting the maximum from them. That way, both our drivers will be fully focused,” he concluded.
