In the last round, the Dutch GP, the Brit ended up losing a podium and crossed the finish line in fourth – finishing behind winner Lando Norris and the Mercedes duo Kimi Antonelli and George Russell.


The next stop on the calendar is Monza, home of Ferrari, and the seven-time world champion is excited for the race. “Yes, we are in a very different situation from what we experienced in the past and, obviously, from last year. We are still second in the Constructors’ Championship,” he said.

“There are many positives to highlight in this first half of the season. In the next rounds, we really need to step up if we want to have any chance of catching those guys [Mercedes and McLaren],” he said.
