Rachel Brookes managed to find a new position after leaving the Formula 1 coverage at Sky Sports in the 2026 season.

The journalist and presenter announced her departure from the broadcaster at the end of June, days before the Austrian GP. In a social media post, she confirmed the news and that she was moving on to a new and exciting adventure.
The first news was announced, with Motorsport to Business confirming the 51-year-old professional as one of its motorsport speakers. “We are pleased to announce that Motorsport to Business is now working with Rachel Brookes, former Sky Sports F1 presenter and author, who now joins our roster of motorsport industry speakers,” the statement said on social media.
“Rachel spent years at the heart of Formula 1, bringing the stories, personalities, and pressures of the sport to audiences worldwide. Based on this incredible experience, Rachel is also the author of the book F1 Racing: Drive: The Secrets to Formula One Success, in which she explores what it really takes to achieve success at the highest level of motorsport,” it continued.

“We are very excited to work with Rachel and introduce her to our clients for lectures, informal talks, conferences, and corporate events. Her experiences in Formula 1 give her a fascinating perspective on performance, resilience, communication, teamwork, and success under pressure and, fundamentally, on how lessons from the F1 paddock can be applied to the business world,” it concluded.
Other names also involved with Motorsport to Business are commentator Harry Benjamin, Damon Hill, and presenter Jennie Gow.
