Regarding the transport of equipment and materials, non-essential items for the opening races, such as Australia, China, and Japan, remained in Bahrain after the end of pre-season testing. This ensures that the logistics for the upcoming GPs, such as Japan, can proceed without major issues.

Should the races actually be canceled, Formula 1 may look for alternatives to fill the gap in the calendar between the Japanese GP, which takes place from March 27 to 29, and the Miami GP, scheduled for May 01 to 03. Imola and Portimão are mentioned as possible substitute circuits, as both have recent experience hosting the category, with Imola having been part of the recent calendar between 2018 and 2022, while Portimão hosted races in 2020 and 2021, returning to the calendar in 2027 and 2028.
