Formula 1 arrives at the Miami GP with expectations of Ferrari’s progress, and former category driver Martin Brundle believes Lewis Hamilton can take advantage of any winning opportunity if the team makes a performance leap.

The Briton started his second season with Ferrari and has already achieved a podium in China, showing greater adaptation to the current cars. According to Hamilton himself, the new concept fits his driving style better than previous models.
Brundle highlighted that Ferrari should evolve significantly this coming weekend, following the trend of other teams bringing updates. “Lewis clearly likes these cars more. Ferrari is more competitive and I think it will make a big step in Miami,” he said.

The former driver also emphasized Hamilton’s change in attitude, who seems more comfortable in the current environment. For him, this could be decisive in a possible direct fight for victory, especially given the need to surpass teammate Charles Leclerc in the title fight.
Finally, Brundle reinforced the seven-time champion’s ability to capitalize on any chance: “If there is any opportunity to win, he is still fully capable of taking it,” he concluded.
