The British team is facing serious problems with the AMR26. With Adrian Newey, the project was born wrong and has been causing a lot of vibration, making it impossible for Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll to drive the car for long – in fact, they are going to retire in Australia in the very first laps.

“That’s very hard to say since we haven’t had any races yet. We’ve only done tests. Each team is bringing different parts for race 1, or even teams, it’s impossible to say,” he said.
“If I had to guess someone now, I would say Lance Stroll, Fernando Alonso and George Russell. Because I think they are hiding their hand, so they will manage to beat Aston at the end in Abu Dhabi,” he added.
