The third free practice session of Formula 1 for the Italian GP, held on the morning of this Saturday (5), in Monza, saw little progress for Gabriel Bortoleto. The Brazilian from Audi reached sixth position during the session but could not improve his time much with the soft tires and finished the practice in 13th place. Check out how the session went:

Bortoleto was the first car to go out for the third practice. Alone on the track, the driver did only one lap on medium tires to check the car’s conditions after the failure presented in FP2.
He returned to the track about 15 minutes later, still on medium tires. His first lap was 1min24s309. Soon after, he returned to the pits for a quick stop.
The next attempt, still on yellow compounds, was 1min23s893. With this, the Brazilian placed himself in seventh position.
After another quick pause, Bortoleto went for the third flying lap. This time, the Audi driver recorded 1min23s561, rising to sixth place in the session.

Audi made another stop and Gabriel quickly returned to the track. However, the lap time did not improve.
After a longer pause, Bortoleto returned to the track with 12 minutes still on the clock. This time, on soft tires. The first lap was 1min23s319.
The Brazilian went for another attempt and improved to 1min23s298, finishing 13th.
