“There will be a lot of work in the factories overnight. I don’t think it’s right that we will see the same scenario tomorrow. I will be surprised if Verstappen is that far from Antonelli,” he added.

Max Verstappen was the one who led the first free practice, but in FP2 at Spa-Francorchamps, Kimi Antonelli was the leader with the Dutchman 0.5 seconds behind the 2026 Formula 1 leader. Lando Norris was second.
