The activity will take place in two parts: the first at the newest Rookie Training Camp, supported by Loughborough University, happening this week from August 25 to 27; and then with three more days of testing on the track at the Circuito de Navarra, Spain, from September 9 to 11.

Both the Training Camp and the Rookie Test aim to identify, develop, and support great female talents around the world.
In total, there will be 18 female drivers competing for a spot on the F1 Academy grid. During the Training Camp, the drivers will undergo a series of evaluations, including physiological profiling, cognitive tests, and performance screening with VALD technology. Additionally, there will be seminars and interactive workshops led by experts from Loughborough University, covering topics such as strength and conditioning, performance-oriented lifestyle, resilience, and the key behaviors that underpin success in elite sport.
At the Navarra test, they will be immersed in the F1 Academy environment, participating in driver briefings and engineering sessions, as well as gaining first-hand insights into operational demands in the highest level junior competition. They will also take part in press sessions and activities that will help prepare them for responsibilities off the track. Everything will conclude with on-track testing driving cars from the female category.
